Helping You Heal, Move, and Thrive — for Life

At Thrive 4 Life Physical Therapy, we believe healing is more than just reducing pain — it’s about restoring confidence, movement, and the ability to fully participate in your life.

Our approach is rooted in personalized, one-on-one care that looks at the whole person. We integrate physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors to create meaningful, lasting results — not just temporary relief.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, navigating pelvic health challenges, managing chronic pain, or striving to perform at your highest level, our goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and truly thrive.

Meet Dr. Jolene Faught, PT, DPT, WCS

Dr. Jolene Faught is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Women’s Health Physical Therapy (WCS), with over 25 years of experience helping people heal and perform at their best.

Her path into physical therapy is deeply personal. Early injuries as a gymnast and equestrian, along with her own experiences through pregnancy and motherhood, shaped her passion for understanding the body — especially the spine and pelvic system — at a deeper level.

Jolene has advanced training in:

  • Pelvic health for women and men
  • Orthopedic and spine care
  • Manual therapy and visceral mobilization
  • Dry needling and movement-based rehabilitation

Over the years, she has developed specialized programs for:

  • Pregnancy and postpartum recovery
  • Pre- and post-operative pelvic and abdominal care
  • Prostate cancer rehabilitation and male pelvic pain
  • Complex orthopedic conditions involving the spine, hips, and SI joint
  • Athletic performance and injury prevention

Her care is thoughtful, highly individualized, and grounded in both clinical expertise and genuine compassion.

Jolene believes that true healing happens when we look beyond symptoms and treat the whole person.

A Whole-Person Approach to Healing

This means:

  • Understanding your history, lifestyle, and goals
  • Addressing movement patterns, not just isolated pain
  • Supporting both physical recovery and long-term resilience
  • Creating a plan that fits your real life
  • Education and hands-on training for partners or family members to support effective home treatment and ongoing care

Every session is designed to empower you — giving you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take an active role in your recovery.

Education is a core part of our mission.

Rooted in Community & Education

Education is a core part of our mission.

Jolene has contributed to national resources on pelvic health, continence, and postpartum recovery, and has presented professionally on topics such as male pelvic pain.

Locally, she works closely with:

  • Medical providers
  • Coaches
  • Other therapists

to promote early, effective treatment and better long-term outcomes for patients.

We believe that when people understand their bodies, they heal more completely — and stay healthier for life.

We’re here to support you at every stage of your journey.
